I do not think this is acceptable seeing how I was never given a copy of the contractI was also never told the full terms of the contractYou cannot enforce a contract that you didn't even give me a copy of, until after all the issues arisedMy training is now cancelled after I was charged again today for sessions that I didn't even want because I was never told that there was a day cancellation policy.

Ms***, You signed an agreement with Best Fitness, not with a specific trainer at our locationWe have other trainers that will be able to assist you in completing your sessions. We apologize that your experience has not been the best, but you had great luck the first time you made the switch and we think you will have the same success giving another trainer a chanceI ask that you at least sit with a fitness director, process your cancellation so you are not billed anymore, and discuss what you are looking for in a trainerThey will be able to give you the best direction on who to work with to complete the sessions you have built upIf you need to try a couple of trainers, they can accommodate that for youThank you, Best Fitness Management

Please add your rejection comments below. I don't think sending me a copy of my contract over a year later is going make things better. No where in your contract does it specify what will happen if a trainer leaves. It should be clearly labeled in the contract if you do not want your customers to ask for their money back. I paid in anticipation to work with a specific trainer. I would not have signed the contract in the first place if I knew this was going to happen. I already gave you the benefit of the doubt the first time my trainer left and I don't think I should have to go through this again.

Hi,[redacted] spoke to one of our managers on 12/20/2017. When she cancelled her membership she sent her military orders to [redacted] financial. We require a 30 day notice to cancel and waived this for her due to hear leaving for the military. Upon the time of cancelling [redacted] was passed due for one month....
Since she was still an active member when this payment was scheduled to come out she is obligated to make this payment. If she make the past due payment for $19.99 we can remove her from collections and cancel her membership. Thank you

Ms. [redacted], I have attached a copy of your agreement for you to go over regarding cancellation policies and other policies regarding our program. At the very least, in order for you to stop being billed you will need to go into the gym and cancel your personal training with one of the...
fitness directors or send a letter certified mail to cancel. These options are clearly stated in the personal training agreement. We do hope that you will be able to find another trainer to work with to use the remaining sessions, if you have a hard time finding someone you like, and sessions expire, we would be more than happy to extend those for you due to the circumstances. Hi [redacted],I just looked into your membership and it does look like evrything hasbeen cancelled. We just refunded the $58.99 back on your card and it will take about 3 to 5 days for you to see the reversal. I am extremly sorry nobody has reached back out to you.
This issue has been settled in-club and all issues have been resolved.
