Ms [redacted] , I apologize that you received no response from the club when you called on 2/11/and 2/12/I will look into the matter and discuss the importance of follow up with the personal training management teamRegarding your personal training account; you are absolutely correct and we will be sending you a refund of $1,per the cancellation notes we have in your account with usYou came in and cancelled your personal training on 3/28/and it is noted that your last bill date would be 4/26/of $per our day notice policyWe will be sending the refund check of $1,to the address we have on file for you ( [redacted] ***)Thank you, Best Fitness Management
Hi, [redacted] spoke to one of our managers on 12/20/When she cancelled her membership she sent her military orders to [redacted] financialWe require a day notice to cancel and waived this for her due to hear leaving for the militaryUpon the time of cancelling [redacted] was passed due for one month Since she was still an active member when this payment was scheduled to come out she is obligated to make this paymentIf she make the past due payment for $we can remove her from collections and cancel her membershipThank you
