I have been in touch with the consumer and we have resolved the issue

All members coming into the club are required to chefor every visitAttached are the records of Ms [redacted] 's check-ins to Best FitnessOn 12/13/Ms [redacted] checked in and did not return to the gym until 1/1/Ms [redacted] would have a record of her checking into Best Fitness on 12/16/If Ms [redacted] ca provide proof of her cancellation Best Fitness will honor it, however Best Fitness has no record of Ms [redacted] checking into Best Fitness on this date

Hello, [redacted] sihned a month agreement for personal training here at Best FitnessHe sihned the agreement stating he was fully aware of the commitmentWe have the agreement on file and [redacted] can come pick it up for his records if he would likeHis membership and personal training are both past due, this is why he has been recieving courtesy calls from us letting him know before it ends up being sent to collectionsIf [redacted] wishes to end his personal training and his membership before the agreement is up he can pay his past due balance and the early termination fees Thank you

[redacted] enrolled in our gym on 5/28/15, he paid the $enrollment fee and his last month of his month agreement up front which came to $ [redacted] also received his first month freeBest Fitness has an annual enhancement fee for all new members of $that is billed ninety days after the member start date Any time a person signs up for a membership our staff fully reviews the agreement with the potential member Once the agreement has been explained the member signs off multiple times agreeing to all the terms, conditions and feesI am more then happy to provide [redacted] with a copy of his agreement if he would like to come into the facility

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Good day,the statements from Best Fitness are categorically falseWhen I signed the electronic box we were at the front desk and nothing was in front of me at all, so that is completely that a screen was up in front of meI do thank Best Fitness for admitting that a copy of the contract was not provided to me which I have stated several timesThe response they have provided contradicts what [redacted] the Fitness Director told me, he said I would be charged for days after notifying them of cancelling (something [redacted] the Manager never stated on the day I cancelled) plus the $feeI explained had I known any of that I would have never signed up, It was never disclosed, never mentioned and I was not provided a copy of the contractIN reading other complaints this seems to be a practice$was taken from my account after notifying Best Fitness I was cancelling [redacted] the manager never stated that would happenIn writing this I just went on my account -and Best Fitness has taken ANOTHER $from my account on February 27th !!! Everything they do contradicts what they sayI cancelled before January 27th, they still took $326.00/ now they take another $on February 27th, in the response to the Revdex.com they state only a $buyout feeThe next step is an attorney since this is all documentedI suggest the following to resolve thisReimburse the $taken on Feb 27, plus $of the amount taken on January this leaves $for Best Fitness for cancelling, more than fair given the circumstancesI will be calling my attorney nextI don't understand why they are treating a long time member this way, Regards, [redacted]

Per the member's agreement, there is a 30-day notice to cancel the membershipThe member had paid the $buyout fee but did not pay the final payment within the day period following the cancelation noticeThe member will be removed from collections and will not need to pay the full collections balance once this final payment is madeThe member may make payment to the club directly either in person or via certified mail
