The stove does not workIt does not get hot it does not turn onRoaches are infested in the apartment
I moved into Parrots Landing on March 10, I have been having issues since March 11, The stove in my unit does not workThe unit is infested with roachesThe wall outlets go in and out, the ceiling fan hasn't been replaced which has caused me to be without any type of light since March 21,

Three A/C leaks one flooding from
upper apartment soaks carpets,floors, walls causing moldFour letters go unanswered,visits to office rebuffed
I moved in March 15, 2017.In less than a month, the only two carpeted areas,(the clothes closet, and bedroom) and the tiled storage area next to the Air Condition Unit were under water from the flooded A/C pan
Everything in the storage area was ruined
Two months later in May, I returned from a trip abroad to find the entire bathroom and closet,as well as the clothes closet,under water from a broken upstairs pipe.Soon the water soaked roof bubbled ,the paintwork stripped (and to date) is still peeling and falling.(Photos taken in August by A/C maintenance man)
Just beside the above, is a large circular mold patch
Two times since, the A/C leaked again, flooding the carpeted areas, damaging any items in its wake and leaving telltale watermarks along the waterlogged walls
On the last occasion,in spite of my suggestion, the A/C rep
Paid deposit of *** dollar,I should have received back when I moved out in MayI have been given the run around with a new time frame each call
My lease ended in May of and I should have received my deposit of *** dollars backI have been given the run around each time I callNo one in the office can assist with any information except ***I have spoken to her several times and she has told me each time that she was awaiting the checkBack in July (around the 12th), I spoke to *** again which she advised me that my check would be in office by the end of the weekDue to me no longer residing in Florida, I have to book a flight in order to come to the office to pick my check upI was advised that it could not be mailed and it needed to be picked upAfter booking a flight to come and pick up my check, there is STILL no check presentI called again today (8/21/18) and was advised that they needed to send a request for the check (which is the same thing I was previ
