Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The store and employees are buch of liers After I've been deceived, manipulated and disrespected in giving $cash deposit, this store employee name [redacted] told me that they had the furniture I picked out in stock when they didn't He told me I would get my furniture delivered in two days and didn't because They didn't have it in stock yetThen he told me to give him another week, same excuse, weeks another excuse, than the 3rd week [redacted] told me in a phone conversation because of the inconvenience he'll deliver two of the three furniture pieces which was the sofa bed & recliner without any payment until I receive the 3rd piece which was the love seat then I'll pay the total, then I told him okWhen the delivery man came to deliver the furniture, he said I had to make a payment which was false, so he took the furniture back to the store and three days later they made another attempt to deliver the furniture with the same senerio and it was the something againAt this point I was fed up, aggravated, and upset went over to the store personally shared my thoughts & tried to make another agreement to delivery the whole furniture on 02-**-(more time) speaking with [redacted] the secretary, and the store still failed to keep it's word & agreementTherefore they had taken my money but failed to deliver the goods after all this timeAt this point in time because of all the drama & hassle I went through,I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! & don't want the furniture anymorePlease acknowledge my request and give me my money Back I work very hard for that money & wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything in that store they are a buch of crooks and liers In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

MADE AFTER REACHING AN AGGREMENT WITH HIM TO COLLECT THE C.O.D FOR THE DELIVERED MERCHANDISE AND STILL HE DID NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERYNOW HES MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN AWAITING HIS CALL FOR MORE THAN A MONTH TO BE DELIVEREDWE ONLY NEED A HOURS NOTICE TO DELIVER HES MERCHANDISE AND FOR HIM TO COME TO THE STORE AND PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE OF HES C.O.D

The store and employees are buch of liers.  After I've been deceived, manipulated and disrespected in giving $600.00 cash deposit, this store employee name [redacted] told me that they had the furniture I picked out in stock when they didn't.  He told me I would get my furniture delivered in two days and didn't because They didn't have it in stock yet. Review: I bought a bedroom set from best furniture the salesperson lead me to believe that I was purchasing anew one because thats what I wanted. I made this purchase with cash on 12/**/13 my furniture was delivered on the [redacted] two days later the dresser draws started falling off when I called the store to complain they told me they would send two draws to replace the ones that fell off but then two more fell off and I called back they then told me the furniture is 'as is' and the only thing they would do is send a repair man but I have to pay his transportation fee of $40.00 I explained to them that this is not fir I paid $700.00 for this set and iexpected my set to be worth every penny. they were very rude and I feel like they really took advantage and misled me so I am filing a formal complaint against them for not giving me the set I thought I purchased because they now inform me that the set I recieved is a floor modle.Desired Settlement: I want the dresser replaced I want what I paid for.

Review: On 01-**-15 I made a purchase at the furniture store. The furniture consists of 1 sofa bed, love seat, and recliner chair. I've been minipulated and deceived to make a cash deposit of $600.00 cash and never received the furniture. After serveral attempts to deliver the furniture, the furniture store failed to deliver the merchandise while taking my money and getting nothing back. The total cost of the furniture is $1,080.00.Desired Settlement: I would like the furniture store to give my $600.00 cash back.

Review: I purchased a futon/sofa from the store around the end of October. Less than 3 months later the cushion on the futon sunk in at one corner and has started to sink in on another corner. I live alone so it's not used often. I went to the store on January [redacted] to complain and showed the pics. I was told the manager [redacted] would call me the next day when since she was not at work on sunday. I didn't hear from her so I called her on Monday, January * at 1:33 p.m. She said she would call me back once she spoke to [redacted], the sales associate who I had spoken to the day before. By 5:00 when I didn't hear from [redacted] I called again. She then told me her manager said more than likely nothing could be done if it could not be fixed. I questioned why I was told she was the manager and informed her the futon still has the warranty coverage posting on it. She told me I needed to contact the manufacturer for the warranty coverage. I informed her the warranty specifically states that the retailer must contact them for the warranty and that it's covered for 1 year. She then said someone would come by to the house the next day to look at the damage. I followed up for a week and everyday I was told they were coming to no avail. I finally went back to the store and spoke to what I was told was "the boss". I explained the situation, showed him the pics from my iPad and he said he wanted to come personally to see the sofa. He promised to come the next day and he did not. I called several times to no avail. It has been 16 days and nobody has come to see the sofa. I paid $350 for the sofa and it's not acceptable that in less than 3 months the cushion would sink in. Unfortunately when I did business with this company I didn't check to see that they have an F rating with Revdex.com. I want my sofa replaced or taken and my money returned. I don't want any credit to the store since I have no desire to do business with this store.Desired Settlement: I want my sofa replaced or removed and my money refunded. I don't want any credit to the store since I have no desire to do business with this store.

Review: I LEFT A $ 100.00 DEPOSIT FOR 2 TABLES. AFTER I MADE VARIOUS CALL FINALLY WAS TOLD TO GO AND PICK THEN UP. I WENT TO PICK UP AND ONE OF THEN WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. WAS WILLING TO PAID FOR THE ONE THAT I ORDERED AND DID CAME TO THE STORE . WAS TOLD THAT I CAN'T NOT DO THAT THAT I HAD TO WAIT FOR THE MGR. "I WENT TO A DIFFERENT STORE AND PLACE THE SAME ORDER..... WHEN I CALLED TO TELL THEN THAT I WANTED TO USE THE $ 100.00 DEPOSIT TO BUY A MIRROR AT THE STORE OR GET A REFUND. WAS TOLD NO. THAT I HAD TO PICK THE PC. Review: This business has premise me to deliver my furniture in 3 to 4 days and It has pass almost 2 weeks and they delivered half of my bedroom furniture the first week and delivered the wrong mattress and broken night stands. I can't sleep on the mattress because they said they were going to change it quickly, They haven't done anything. A sectional sofa I ordered they said it was going to take 10 days. The day that they were supposedly going to deliver it with the rest of my bedroom furniture. They called to say that they didn't have the sofa but that I was going to get my mattress and night stands and they never delivered anything. Now they want to hold 20% of the money because they are saying we are cancelling the order. I feel so frustrated, because I have tried to get an agreement with them, but I think they don't care about me. I am ** weeks pregnant and I can't be sleeping on the floor. I hope you can help me with that.Desired Settlement: They Just have to do what they promise to do. Penalty for being such an irresponsible people.

Review: On August ** I purchased a desk and chair from this store. They agreed to deliver the items on August [redacted]. After over a week of calling I was finally told my items would the following weekend. When I called to confirm the date again I was told that they still could not deliver the furniture. I requested a refund and was denied. Over two weeks later I am still without the items purchased after paying over $600. For the items. The manager was also very rude calling me insane for asking for a refund. IDesired Settlement: I would like a full refund.
