This customer purchased a $Queen mattress from our Mentor store's tent sale and hours to end hunger fundraiser, but wanted a full size Tent sale merchandise is one of a kind so we weren't able to order a full size for her We called the customer to let her know the error and refunded the purchase in full Then gave the customer the following options: 1)Take the queen mattress for FREE for the inconvenience 2) Upgrade to her choice of three higher quality sets we have in stock that sell for $449-$(with no extra charge) and get same day delivery 3) Use her refund at a store we do business with in Painesville because they might have other options we don't The customer chose to take the original mattress for free I had a call later that day from our year old owners mom at our Bainbrdige location to ask if this customer would please stop harassing her (the refund was already made at this point) I called the customer and asked her to stop calling the Bainbrdige store I will be happy to answer any other questions for you At this point the customer has the mattress in her house and a full refund was made She didn't pay for the item the complaint is being made aboutThanks!
