My name is *** *** and I am the owner of Best Gift Idea Ever, LLC I have read this complaint and would like to personally apologize for our brand not fulfilling the best of customer service It must be
noted that this complaint has been filed with the wrong company (Best Gift Idea Ever) and should have been filed with my brother *** *** company, *** *** *** *** runs independent franchise stores selling our product as well as the independent website that sold Mr*** his picture frame If Mr*** still would like to file a complaint, I would advise him to file it against the correct company That being said, I still do take great pride our small company's image and that image is reflected by our franchisees I have spoken with my brother and he feels the same way Not to fish for remorse, but we did have a major family emergency on February 21st that is still ongoing to this day Unfortunately my brother did not convey this information in a sufficient amount of time
With regards the the $refund check, Mr*** should have received it by now *** as also agreed to send Mr*** an additional check for $as requested for his troubles and this will be mailed out tomorrow, Monday March 17th
Again, from myself, my company, and my brother ***, we would like to sincerely apologize for the deficiencies related to this transaction Mr*** is welcome to contact me directly with any questions or concerns
