In the event I had moved or been on vacation for several weeks/months, or even worse a customer has passed away, what good does this do someone to receive notice in the mail? If I had moved, they would have performed services on a lawn that was not even owned by meHad I been on vacation for weeks or months, my mail would have never been reviewed in that timeIf a customer is deceased, how can they view their mailYou expect their relatives to view each piece of mail and call a lawn care company to discontinue service? When I explained this to Jackie, her response was, "We would just ask that you give us a call to let us know what you are doing." I find this response a perfect example of exactly what I would expect tooJust CALL the customer! Had she done that, this would never have been a problemIf she expects me to call her about discontinuing service, then I in turn expect her company to phone me to start serviceI have given multiple reasons why not speaking to someone can be problematic

This is the letter I'm referring to that we sent to Mr*** that was post-dated in the systemThis is a reprint of the letter that states again in the top portion of the letter that our services begin
