I purchased a 10" Brazilian virgin hair wig from his company. What I received is nothing short of laughable. The tracks are visible, crooked. The quality of the hair is bad. Basically the wig looks like nothing as advertised. Totally useless. After several back and fort emails trying to return; they offered to exchange to another style of wig which I wasn't interested in. I kept requesting for a full refund. At that point, I was told I would be charged a restocking fee and responsible for my own shipping. They still did not provide the return address at this point and just stopped communicating. When I tried to add a review on their site, they blocked it. They filter all negative reviews and only leave the good ones (which don't even seem real). Overall, the products this company advertises is not actually what they provide. They are deceptive, dishonest and makes it difficult to return their defective products.

On November 16, 2018 I made an online purchase of a wig (Pre-plucked Middle Part Wavy Brazilian Virgin Hair Lace Front Wig; order number *** besthairbuy.com. I received my order on December 2, 2018 and the wig I received was excessively too large and very thick in density, completely unlike the wig I selected for purchase online. I contacted customer service and spoke with "Greeny" and expressed the issues, and she requested I send a video. I provided the video of myself applying the wig and sent several messages to describe the issues with the wig. Though I asked for a refund, I was contacted back by "Candy...the boss" as she stated and was told I needed to take the wig to a professional to make the adjustment. I stated to her, if I paid $125 the wig should not require those types of adjustments and furthermore, I style my own wigs. Greeny contacted me via Facetime and she assured me they would send me the correct wig if I send the one I received back, however I would have to pay the return fees and once it was received, they would mail me the correct wig. I sent the wig back on December 15, 2018 to 5677 Buford Hwy NE, Ste #207 Doraville, Ga 30340. I had no response from this company for over 2 weeks though I had sent both "Greeny" and "Candy" multiple messages. On Decemeber 28, 2018 I sent a message requesting a full refund of my original payment, still no response. On January 7, 2019 I received the replacement wig. This wig was in no way at all the wig I selected for purchase. The wig I received was a side part wig versus the middle part as specified multiple times and was not the wavy Brazilian hair texture. I contacted "Greeny" again with pictures explaining yet again that this wig was completely a different style all together. I was told she would check with her factory and would get back to me. She responded stating the correct wig was sent and I could keep it and they'd give me $25 compensation or pay the cost to return the wig again plus 15% restocking.

I purchase 3 22inch bundles of body way 6A Virgen Brazilian Natural Black 300 g hair from this company May 25, 2017. The purchase amount was $161.49. I received the hair and I was only able to use it for 2 weeks. The hair was soft upon arrival , but once installed within the 1st week the hair became extremely matted and when I would comb it there were several clumbs of hair that would come out . the hair became knotted and would come out from the weft.The hair could not have been human because I have been wearing human hair for 10 years and although there is a certain amount of shedding and tangling that is to be expected I have never had the issue of tangling to the extreme where the hair was coming out of the weft in clumps leaving literally strands of hair in various places. The weave became extremely thin and I was only able to utilize this hair for 2 weeks. I wet the hair to see how the hair would behave after being wet and literally the only thing left of the peices were strands of knot and tangled weave. The hair was impossible to comb out even after I put a conditioner in the hair. I complained to the company by email and have several replies of someone responding in incomplete sentences and not acknowledging my concerns for this misrepresented human hair attempting to solicit more hair.The number on the website did not work so I basically got scammed on the internet. There is no way they should be selling this hair as Human Hair . I am am making this complaint official because this company sold me a false product.Any investigation that can be done into this fraudulent company would be of great service.They are still advertising on the internet great deals for HUMAN HAIR and this companynis misleading and fraudulently advertising and selling hair to the public.

I paid for a human Brazilian wig that was $99, but the wig is not human I had it dyed and it shriveled up like a prune. I emailed the after service they called me nicknames like dear and honey and telling me to trust them. They also stated they were going to give me $25 I did not want to accept the $25 because I had spent additional money for the hair care. I had been emailing them since November and now they won't even respond. I also notice that the wigs they are selling look totally different from the picture also when I was checking out they put two other wigs in my cart,good thing I looked and took them out and only purchase one. I was so disappointed wasted a lot of money due to fake advertisement. I also got on other hair websites and I have pictures stating that the wig is synthetic. They are selling synthetic human fiber wigs claiming they are human when that's not the case.

I have brought a wig (the product) on August 31 for 189.50 dollars from besthairbuy for a trip. On Sep 14 I e-mail them to receive a tracking number. The product cam before sep 25. The product was not the same as the picture. I contact the company to get a refund. They didn't give me an address. they try to replace the wig with another synthetic wig. It was supposed to be human hair... The company told me to look on there website to see how to return the package. Still no address. I return the address which was on the package (***) which was a China address. Today they gave me address an USA (***).
I have spent over 200 dollars at the post office to send back the product. I email the company the receipt showing proof on Oct 16... Can somebody please help me

I order a wig from this company and received it today. The front of the wig was not even sewed to the foundation of the front of the wig. I asked for right part and it has a middle part. I cannot wear the wig and the shipping says it comes from China. The company advertised it is a company in the united States online. I even asked an online person where they in the United States and was told yes.

I order some hair. I wasn't happy wit it,so I asked for a refund. They wanted to keep 15% of my money, so I decided to exchange it. I was asked to pay an additional $60 dollars. I payed it. I never received my bundles in the mail. All they did was send me a tracking number. The post office informed me they never received the package. I been emailing them since December and still no bundles.
