Best Hand Car Wash

Review: I took my truck in to have it washed. I waited be 30 minutes I was told to wait. When I came back to pick up my truck everything seemed OK. While driving home I looked out of my passenger window and noted that there is a 5 inch long scratch on the inside of my window. I had no scratches on any of my glass prior to coming to this business. It was clear that this scratch is brand-new as it looks clean and has no dirt or any residue inside the scratch. It is deep enough to run your finger nail across and it will stop your finger. I called the owner of the business and he told me there was no way it could've possibly happened at their business. Then told me I could come down so he could look at it but there's nothing he will do. He also informed me nothing like this has ever happened before. He continually cut me off from asking the most important question of all when I do show you that this happened here in this scratch is [redacted] on an otherwise perfect piece of glass are you going to replace it. He then hung up the phone on me when I told him I was looking into his Revdex.com records as we spoke.Desired Settlement: I simply want the business to have the scratch either repaired to where it is not visible to the naked eye nor does it impair my vision in anyway, or I want them to have a new passenger side door glass installed.
