We had estimates and BEST was by far the easiest company to work with during the estimate processBEST was not the cheapest (only $higher) but was much easier to work with and seemed to really careBEST showed up on time to estimate, the day they installed our new system and when them came back to do a folland orientation on the systemBEST gave me a price immediately in writingWe had to wait days for one company to email me a quoteThe other company was minutes late to the estimate and did not call us! BEST financed for months without any interestMe and my husband both feel we received more value for what we paid for Highly Recommend!!
I have nothing positive to say about this businessThey came to the house twice they billed me for services that did not fix the problemEventually I had someone that knew what they were doing ( a friend's who is a certified technician) come and fix the problem and it had nothing to do with what they had suggested that I buy from themI am deaf and on disability and to have someone come to my house and lie to me to try and cheat me out of my money was Despicable
