We bought a timeshare through BHC Marketing on the terms that they would sell our old timeshare and payment would be received within days because of financial reasons We were honest and upfront about this BHC supposedly add a clause that guaranteed payment to us within the day time frame This was on July 2, We have not received payment yet I have numerous emails from them stating payment is being processed, payment was held up because of this or that, payment would be reprocessed because of a computer glitch, etc All lies I had to hire an attorney which because of the ligation that BHC has it is virtually impossible to even find out who my attorney should try to contact and was eventually told that it will cost me more trying to get them to pay then to leave it alone BHC Marketing will lie to you and will not take your phone calls and apparently will never pay you either Do not do business with them I even contacted the new time share that I bought into and they apologized and said that they have had numerous complaints and have learned about the bad reputation that BHC is giving them
I do not trust them a minute. collection of so called time share sellers taking you to a hall and with promising that they can sell your time share in a specific time taking your money. indirectly they dumping another timeshare on you , they never sell your time share ,the reason you went there may be you can get rid of your own time share ending have another one. they are not operating alone and you find yourself you are dealing with several companies, one dealing with your payment the other is the new representative of new time share, your money taken by a different company , they do this to confuse you that you can not hit them back because you do not know who you have to deal with. Most people answering your complaints are more telephone operators that a representative and as soon as they feel they can not handle the situation they be replaced with another one. remember these companies.
