I recently purchased a washer and dryer from Best Home Appliance on Feb 6, 2016. On install both appliances were damaged by the installer. So Best Home contacted the local ** representative to try and have the fronts replaced because ** does not cover cosmetic. I requested for them to deliver two new appliances because that is what I paid for. On the delivery of the second set of appliances the washer was leaking from the bottom which was determined by the installer returning that same day. The next morning they delivered to me the first dented washer and I also discovered that the dryer kept stopping before the cycle ended. So now I have the third washer and second dryer. So I called them and told them the problem with the dryer and they told me that my vent was probably clogged so I hired a service and 228 dollars later told me there was nothing wrong with my vent and replaced the cheap vent that Best Home installed with the appliances. ** requested that a different vent for the high capacity of this dryer the vent Best Home used was incorrect. Best Home Appliance asked for me to return the washer and dryer for a full refund and put me on a do not service list from ** and will not sell me anymore appliances. I decided to keep the damaged machines but I would like for Best Home Appliances to take me off the do not service list. I find this to be unbelievable that you can treat a customer this way. I also found out from ** that the serial number on both machines was from 2013 and not new. In the end all I wanted was customer service and to get what I paid for. I would not recommend this business to anyone

My experience was less than satisfactory. The salesman was not courteous. He told me that I should not purchase the GE Dishwasher and if I did, he didn't want to hear from me if there were any issues. After the dishwasher was installed the installer wanted me to sign a miserably hand written statement that I would contact GE directly and not call Best Appliances if there were any issues with the dishwasher. He said the owner requested this. Of course I did not sign it. I purchased two GE ovens and a Kitchen Aid dishwasher. The installation was not good for the dishwasher. I chose to upgrade from the $688 dishwasher to a $1200 GE dishwasher. They charged me a $100 restocking fee which is understandable. The installer did not install the GE dishwasher properly and the gasket kept the door from lowering properly. This happened an hour after he left. I contacted GE and they are sending a service person to take care of it. My total installation and delivery fees for this transaction were $850, I spent $6646 with this company, certainly they will not hear from me again.
