The business response is absolutely untrueI was told by Susan that I would have to pay the $shipping fee and also make sure the chair was put on a palet and when they recieved the chair I would be refunded At this point I have no trust in them and I didn't believe I would receive my full refund, and as I told Susan why would I be responsible for paying these fees when they were advertising on there partI also came across another bad review from another customer that shopped with this business and I attached the review also along with my videos of the chair and a picture

A customer called us and ordered a chair in a particular color. We bought the fabric and changed the upholstery which cost us $200. We packed and shipped it to [redacted]. She was...

not fully satisfied with the paint in a few spots. We sent her touch up paint. We also offered to pick up the chair and pay for shipping. All she has to do is have it ready for pick up and we will take care of the rest. I did try contacting her several times to make pick up arrangements with no response She will receive a full refund we just need the chair back packed and ready. We can send the shipping company today to pick up or anytime she is available. She will receive her full refund after the shipping company has the chair in their possession. We already stated we would issue a full refund to the customer and have the chair picked up . Just have it packed.

Review: I saw the web site on computer for furniture and I like one coffee table I went to the show room . I like to buy a coffee table and a red sofa I also ask the prize of a marble table the lady her name is [redacted] she put me too much rush she said give me ur credit card I gave her and she charge 3 items she charged the marble table cost 1000 and she gave 2 slips I think 1 is for coffee table and one is for sofa but when I go home it was 3 items and they did not tell me the store policy there is no sign of no refund or final sale then I told them I d,not want marble table its not fit in my home I send the table back but he not refunding me my 1000 dollrs + taxso I am very up set please help me I am [redacted] and getting sick I need my money back I have very small home I have no place to buy any thing 1st they charged my credit card after then they gave me the paper of policy no refund no exchange they do not put any sign about there policy what a customer can do if the big furniture not fit in there home they doing fraudDesired Settlement: he took his table back but he do not refunding me my money so he just refund my 1000dollars from the credit card

Review: Bought a leather sofa and love seat and what I received was vinyl or leather like, not leather at all. Was told that they are leather but couches have no tags to verify. Sofa came defected with indents on the bottom of cushions, stitching comping apart on some areas. The love seat they sent me was their display model. It was very obvious that the sofa was shiny and the love seat was dull in color. I specifically asked them if display would be sent and the sales person assured me that she would order couches from a catalog and they would be brand new and not display model. Bought my couches 03/** and the sales person told me that in a week or so I would be getting the couches, needless to say I waited 6 weeks for my couches to arrive and this company never bothered to call me with an update of couches. I kept calling them to ask them the status of the couches.

When the couches were delivered, I spoke with the salesperson about the issue. I told her I did not want the couches, but she refused to take them back and against my will I had to keep the couches since they were already assembled in my apartment. I have disputed this with my credit card company and have sought legal advice.Desired Settlement: Refund me my money
