My experience with Best Home Restoration has been a negative one from start to finishI would not recommend this company, They showed up without notification to start on the one week I had requested they did not startThen I recieve a letter from my township for all work to stop immediately because no permits were obtained and the work was being done illegally When this was brought to their attention they moved extremely slow in obtaining the permitsMy attic fan was wired incorrectly by BHRI had to bring in an electrician to correct the wiring My landscaping was burned and still has not recovered Nails all over the driveway daily inspite of their contract stating otherwiseThen they came after the final payment without scheduling the final inspection which in my state is illegal I had to schedule the final inspection myself due to BHR's lack of following proper procedures but that did not stop them from harassing me for final payment when it was their own negligence that held things upDealing with this company turned out to be a nightmareNot recommended

In regards to ** & *** ***On May 22, a hailstorm significantly damaged their property** & *** *** opened a claim with their insurance company An adjuster from their insurance company came out to inspect and document damageAfter reviewing the property, the insurance
company generated a itemized report of what was damaged and paid forA representative from Best Home Restoration inc sat down with ** & *** *** to review insurance paperwork and write up a contact that reflects exactly what was damaged and paid for by insurance** and *** *** reviewed and signed contract for work to be completed*** and *** *** had three days to cancel in writingNothing was received by Best Home Restoration Inc on or after the third day.** & *** ***s contract price matched the total Replacement Cost Value provided to the them from their insurance companyThe Insurance company provided cash value check up from to get the work startedThe ONLY cost to the homeowner is their five hundred dollar deductibleThe depreciation, money held back by insurance, is recovered once the work is complete and is only recoverable if contract matches insurance paperwork.As for the referral fee, ** *** contacted Best Home Restoration to see if funding from referral fee can be allocated towards window capping for the entire houseCost of capping windows far exceeds the two hundred and fifty dollar fee but Best Home Restoration went ahead and fulfilled requestRegardless, referral fees can not be paid out until contract balance is paid in full.Best Home Restoration Inc Completed and fulfilled all contract obligations, at no time through the construction project did the homeowner have complaints or issues with contract or work being performedThe problems arose after the final depreciation (monies held by insurance companies until all work is complete and verified) was received by the homeowner Did the homeowners have any issues upon completion, we would have rectified it immediately within a reasonable meansBest Home Restoration Inc prides itself on completing over a thousand roofing and siding projects in ** & *** ***s area with 100% customer satisfaction7/8/- Homeowner signed legal binding contract with Best Home Restoration IncContract clearly states, Replacement of Roofing, siding,and gutters as specified by insurance company and at the exact value allocated by the insurance company for those repairsThis is our standard operating procedureWe try to do a service for the community by not making customers pay additional for small amounts of wood or other items missed in the insurance estimateThe majority of the time, we completely upgrade the roofing system and bring the property up to code at Best Home Restorations expense, because we believe in doing things the right and proper wayEvery one of our customers gets the same step *** Building Products Architectural Heritage shingle and complete roofing system, regardless of what the insurance company paid forBest Home Restoration Inc, also gives a Life-Time workmanship warranty once contract is paid in full 8/7/- Construction permit was filed with township construction and zoning office.8/13/15- Work began with the roof, next the siding and finally completed with the guttersDuring the siding installation, we replaced and repaired entire sections of rotted wood and supports FREE of Charge.8/21/15- Certificate of Completion was filed by best home restoration notifying the insurance company all items specified in the insurance estimate; deemed damaged was replaced at the cost the insurance company was allotting.9/24/15- Having received the certificate of completion from Best Home Restoration, the insurance company contacted ** and *** *** to see if all work was complete and satisfactoryAfter stating yes, the final payment was released to the home owners so they could make the final and outstanding balance to BHR for completing the workIt has been over months since Best Home Restoration Inc satisfied all contract obligationsB.H.Rwill not issue any completely unnecessary refunds for there are no issues with actual work completedPlease pay final balance immediatelyShould any real issues arise, Best Home Restoration Inc has a full lifetime workmanship guarantee
