Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because it is false [redacted] advised us that he was the owner of the business and unfortunately Best Home Solutions never reached out to us in the time he was working with our company on any of these projects [redacted] sent us the invoices and was the key person when speaking about our project, we never ever received an inquiry from the "owner" or even a customer satisfaction update.First of all if the owner had their facts correct or they took the time to come out and view the work, they would have realized that the bathroom they were working on is for customers and employees We initially told [redacted] and his crew that we are updating the back room and bathroom due to a barbershop being placed in the back as part of our business space Second, when [redacted] took the job, he knew we were renovating and complied with the fact we were only there on Fridays and Saturdays but he accepted the responsibility of being there from 11:30am until 8:00pm which is the time we close on those days [redacted] and his crew came into the job about 2:00pm and left about 6:30/7:00pm We are open as a business in enough hours for that job to have been completed in 2-days not a month Third, The day [redacted] and his crew were fired is due to him telling us the week before after speaking with him about his tardiness , that he would be there when we opened, again, we received no calls and between my partner, [redacted] and I, we have three different phone numbers between us - all numbers [redacted] has in his possession, no text as if he is paying us to do the job but what is the most disrespectful fact of this entire situation is that [redacted] walks in late and does not give a reply, a hello, an apology as to why he was late - nothing That does not seem to be the characteristics of a company that "owns a strong reputation about customer satisfaction, flexibility and trustfulness".The only way to rectify this issue is for them to forward us a refund for $as the work done in our space was not $1600, not only do we have pictures of the work but statements from another reputable contractor stating how bad the job was If Best Home Solutions is not open to working halfway on refunding, I don't want to work out a deal with the owners of Best Home Solutions as I feel that when we fired the crew, they should have then immediately reached out - there is no concern for customer satisfaction, there is no concern of how they can rectify the issues, it took us to file a complaint through Revdex.com for us to get a response and thats not acceptable.We are working with a reputable contractor to not only fix the horrendous work performed but to also update what Best Home Solutions did not do.work was in the bathroom I am very disappointed and never want to do business with Best Home Solutions Regards, [redacted]
