documentation
that clearly shows on her original contract with us the problems that existed on her lawn before she signed the contract. The client was notified in writing " The lawn was seeded and poor topsoil with rock present. We can begin to improve the color and condition of the lawn, seeding recommended after extra topsoil was put down. The customer agreed to these statements and initialed for the seed and topsoil to be done in the fall.
We told [redacted], as we tell all other customers ,proper seeding is done in the fall when the weather permits optimum growth. [redacted] ended the contract before the seeding and topsoil installation took place. The services we provided on her lawn were to get the area conditioned and weed free before the fall seeding as well as to add color to her lawn.
[redacted] also agreed to our lawn mowing and disposal program. This program clearly states that the visits are weekly. We cut ALL lawns on a weekly basis unless a customer calls and asks for the lawn to be skipped that particular week for whatever reasons they have.
l have also enclosed a copy of a note written by [redacted] requesting us to discontinue services as of July 9, 2014, the services she is questioning were indeed done prior to July 9, 2014 and the products used are on file. If [redacted] had an issue with her lawn I believe she would have called us after the first or second treatment. I can only believe that a customer is satisfied unless they tell us otherwise.
The fact that we mowed the lawn after an application has nothing to do with the application being effective. [redacted] receives paperwork stating that with each application.
If this client would have phoned the office everything would have been explained to her.. I have customers call and question things everyday and if the office can't answer the questions a manager is dispatched.
We did indeed give [redacted] all the information and services she needed to improve her lawn. [redacted] did not stay with the program long enough for the fall seeding and topsoil to be installed on the lawn, which she was told would remedy the problem.
I believe it is truly unfair for a customer to put in a claim that is unsubstantiated. I hope this addresses all the problems in question. If more information is needed please let us know.
Again I have enclosed several copies totaling 5 pages for you to review.
