I took my kids to get hair cuts about 6:15pm and the store was closing at 7pm..The manager(owner) gave me a price of $for each childrens hair cutsKids hair cuts generally at a cheap place like this doesn't cost that muchSo I asked if only hair cut no blow dryShe said $eachI agreed to thatShe yelled in spanish " conditioner only, no shampoo" to the shampoo personShe starting cutting one of my kids hair, while I expressed to her how to cut her hairShe rushed through the hair cut because she had a dinner date with her husband..She messed up my kids hairWhen I started telling her that this is not straight and it was cut in angles and the cut was awefulThis manager said, I'm a hair stylist, I know what I'm doing"You a stylish then you cut your kids hair yourself".She was rude as anyone can be in front of little kidsMy other kid was sitting in the chair with the hair wet and she said she has to wait minutes, while she said they will start cutting right away..my little one sat in the chair for minutes..Then she said we don't have time for her..This is unacceptable, especially the client being a year oldTo break her heart because of this rude owner/manager having a date with her husbandIf she was too busy then she should've said in the first placeI came home very mad and wanted to research this business Their website is advertising kids hair kids $and woman shampoo and cut $So how the [redacted] she was charging me $each??? They have no prices advertised at the store so they can rip-off people and give out whatever price they feel likeBut I'm fully aware of prices of hair cuts and was sure she was lying but I didn't want to say anything infront of my kidsI want to reiterate a few points already madeThe manager/owner lied about prices by more the half as advertised on their website..She said $while advertisef $The manager/owner did a quick sloppy hair cut, made my daughter in tears The manager/owner made my year wait after wetting her hair and said we can't cut her hairThe manager/owner was rude and talked back to me and she was in a rush to go on a date with her husband Guess her going having fun with her husband was far more important then messy ones hair and breaking anothers heartAnd not caring for her businessFar worst place to go---Please I beg you not to go here, far worst place ever

*** asked and she was charged accordingly to her request and services from meWhen *** left from my salon, she said to me that she was very happy with the color, but on Monday March 16, I was surprised for her return to my salon to change her color from dark to lightShe said it was dark for herI said I would charge $dollars more because she changed her mind for a different colorShe agreed to my proposal because she knew is was not my fault I also used the best products in her hair l changed her color from dark to a lightShe left very happy with the service and she gave me a tip in cash and thought she was very satisfied because she gave me a tipThe very next day, *** returned with two of her friends (co-workers)Her friend said her color does not match With her skin toneI do not believe a refund is due for *** because I did exactly as she askedI have a strongly belief that *** was influenced by her friend (co-worker)It was definitely evident to me.I hope you understand my situation and believe in my honesty Thank you

I will send pictures on before and after and what I asked for.

Kids hair cuts generally at a cheap place like this doesn't cost that much. So I asked if only hair cut no blow dry. She said $15.00 each. I agreed to that. She yelled in spanish " conditioner only, no shampoo" to the shampoo person. She starting cutting one of my kids hair, while I expressed to her how to cut her hair. She rushed through the hair cut because she had a dinner date with her husband..She messed up my kids hair.. When I started telling her that this is not straight and it was cut in angles and the cut was aweful. This manager said, I'm a hair stylist, I know what I'm doing. "You a stylish then you cut your kids hair yourself".She was rude as anyone can be in front of little kids. My other kid was sitting in the chair with the hair wet and she said she has to wait 30 minutes, while she said they will start cutting right away..my little one sat in the chair for 10 minutes..Then she said we don't have time for her..This is unacceptable, especially the client being a 5 year old. To break her heart because of this rude owner/manager having a date with her husband. If she was too busy then she should've said in the first place. I came home very mad and wanted to research this business. Their website is advertising kids hair kids $14.00 and woman shampoo and cut $18.00
So how the [redacted] she was charging me $35.00 each??? They have no prices advertised at the store so they can rip-off people and give out whatever price they feel like. But I'm fully aware of prices of hair cuts and was sure she was lying but I didn't want to say anything infront of my kids.
I want to reiterate a few points already made..
