He pointed out damages after I purchased the car & refused to fix it. He threatened me & called the law on me after pointing his fingers in my face!!Purchased a [redacted] Oct. 23, 2014. [redacted] pointed out after the purpose was final that the tire shield was missing so I may hear a loud noise when I turn right. He said to come to his shop so he could fix it. He disappeared. Another guy called the sickly mechanic in to fix it. I pointed out that the bumper was loose. He glued & tapped it. The glue didn't hold. I went back a week later/day off. [redacted] was very nasty to me. Glued it again after I asked him not to & suggested that he put a plastic bolt in. He replied that he wasn't fixing anything. He cursed at me, put his hand in my face told me to leave. He said take him to court & I am lucky I am not a man.He called the cops on me said I assaulted him. His friends told him he was wrong offered to fix it for free and he told them no. I have a 3 month warranty that won't honor the repair.Desired SettlementI would like for him to pay me for the time out of work I missed travaling from Durham to Raleigh trying to get the car repaired.He promised to fill up my car because it was empty upon purchase. He only put half a tank in after I requested a fill up. I would also like for him to pay for a new bumper, paint,& fees for replacing it. The old one is jagged because obviously rhe car has been in an unreported accident. Also if this results in a small claims case I would likr for him to pay for the court fee. This all could have been avoided if he had taken ownership and responsibility.Business Response This customer purchased this car in 100% condition less a cracked fender liner that we promptly replaced when the part arrived less than a week later. As a courtesy to the buyer, we tried to repair the front bumper that apparently slipped out of place as a result of some kind of parking too close to curb or a barrier. Our first attempt to repair it was unsuccesfull, so again as a courtesy tried it again with a special epoxy that needed time to cure. We advised the customer to leave a tape on the repair for two hours in order for the repair to be successful. She did not like the idea of driving with tape on the car. She became very upset when we told her that there is nothing else that we can do. She became very abusive and belegerant, she called us every possible cuss word there is, at this point we asked her to leave the premises when she assaulted our salesperson, there were two witnesses to the incident who will testify in court as we have summoned the police and we will be pressing charges against her. At no point anyone threatened this person, again there are two witnesses to the entire unfortunate incident. The assault matter will be setteled in a court of law.

I purchased a 2003 Nissan Murano from this dealership on 5/6/2016 and they sold me a lemon. 5 times I took the car back for the same issueI purchased a 2003 Nissan Murano on 5/6/2016. The muffler fell completely off the car on 5/7/16 which they promised to fix. Then while driving from the muffler place, after they paid half and I paid half, the car cut right off while driving on the highway without warning. I called Best Import motors and they apologize and said they would fix it. They promised me it was fixed and was a sensor. I took it home and again, the car shut off completely while driving on the highway. I called Best Import Motors and they said oh there are 4 sensors we need to change them all because we did the wrong one. I took the car back and they assured me it was fixed. I took it home and drove it the next day and again it shut off completely and would not start again. I had to call for someon to pick up my family and I and Best Import Motors had their tow guy pick it up. They serviced it and car shut off without warning on the highway put my life and my families life in danger! I called AAA to come tow it to Best Import Motors because they couldn't get to me until the morning. I told them this was the 4th time this car almost got me and my family killed and that I no longer trust this car or them and I want my money back!! This all occurred in a 30 day period!! I have driven this car short distances 5 times and each time it has turned off while I am driving it without warning in the middle of the highway. This car is a lemon and I don't trust it!! Now they tell me it was the fuel pump and they changed it try the car again. No I do t trust them or this car I just want my money back!!Desired SettlementI do t want this car because 5 times they have assured me it was fixed and it has not been fixed, the car shuts off while being driven without warning and could have killed me and my children/grandchildren. Misrepresented condition of the vehicle's transmission.screamed at me on the phone and hung up on me when I calmly tried to resolve the issue.We purchased a [redacted] truck. The dealership owner said the transmission had only 50k miles on it. I asked for documentation and was told "a friend had it done" and he did not have the documents. He said he got the truck from a friend. 2 days later I call Mr [redacted] the owner and described several transmission issues. I asked wherd the transmission work was done so I could call them and ask more questions about warranty etc. He told me a new story that the transmission came from a junkyard and he installed it. I asked why he changed his story, he became belligerent, screamed and cussed at me to the point my wife could hear it 15 ft away outdoors. He then hung up on me. I tried to resolve the issue with a calm resolve. He flat out lied, got caught in the lie, and then became verbally abusive. While I stated several times "I am sspeaking to you calmly, please speak to me calmly. But he yelled at me more and hang up on me.the truck is a [redacted]Desired SettlementTo rebuy the vehicle. 2 days after. Or repair the transmission correctly. I will be taking the transmission to a reputable transmission shop. I will be getting an affidavit from them showing wether or not the transmission has been replaced. If not I will be hiring an attorney to not only sue for misrepresenting and fraud but also to have his dealership license revoked.Business Response [redacted] has told a lie, he does not want the truck he purchased from us and want to find an excuse to return it or to get something for nothing. I had no reason to tell him if I had the transmission replaced or who replaced it, whether it was myself, a friend or an alien from Mars. I simply told him everything that I have done to the truck including a used transmission with 50000 miles that was installed (i did not mention who installed it as it was completely irrelevant) , no new story, and I really did not have to disclose that, I was just trying to give a clear picture of the condition of the truck. I also told him the truck had new shocks,control arm and tires. He called me two days after the purchase to complain that it was not going into third gear. Although I offered to check it out the next morning in our shop, as it was 6:30 pm and my mechanic was gone for the day, he did not like that and started to accuse me of lying and misrerperesenting the car. He was very calm telling me that I was a liar despite my repeated attempts to expalin that I had no reason to lie about who did what. I DID not cuss him out, I did talk with a firm and decisive tone in the face of unwarrented accusations and disrespect he "camly" articulated. Although he purchased the truck in "as is" condition, if he has just shown respect and given me the benefit of doubt, I would have gladly refunded his money(spacially he got so cheap, $1000 below asking price) or did the the repair needed if any. I do value my integrity highly. I consider this this complain is an attempt to black mail which I will NOT yield to, thus no further action will be initiated on my part.Consumer Response Mr [redacted] response is half true. I was calm. I also informed him I am in CDL training from 630am and do not get home until 630pm. The cussing out, screaming and cussing was done. My wife will attest or whitness to that. She was standing several feet from me and outside and could hear Mr.[redacted] clearly. This is not an attempt at blackmail. I remained calm, I tried to communicate with Mr [redacted] in a rational manner. The "a friend had it done" and the "I replaced it in the shop" were both different stories. I did question that. At no time was an offer made to buy back or refund for the vehicle. Mr. [redacted] screamed "you bought the truck with 155,000 miles on it used, as is it it yours!" And hung up on me. I have a whitnessto both accounts of his story and his behavior.Final Business Response This is truly an obserued situation. I told [redacted] about the transmission replacement AFTER and I want to stress AFTER he agreed to buy the truck, I had nothing to gain from telling him that other than disclosing everything I know about the truck, no gain at all, he already agreed to by it, again I just volunteered the information in good faith and that was that..He did not ask me on the phone to return the truck, which again if he did not call me a liar, I would have gladly considered. This would have been easily resolved to his satisfaction if he just showed some respect and refrained from trying to interrogate me assuming that I am not going to do anything to resolve the matter, he simply misread the person he was dealing and that is unfortunate.
