This year we have had payment problems from C&EThis home is one of the jobs that were sent from C&E and completed by us, though months have passed and we have not received payment for any of the jobsWe have contacted C&E on several occasions to resolve this though
nothing has been done on their partUnfortunately we had to begun to put a lien on these houses and we gave notices to the home owners prior to thisThis has become our only option so far. We do have the records of all job orders, job completion pictures and proof of payment for our laborers for those specific jobsIf there are any additional questions feel free to give us a call at ***

They were told by an attorney that they can go after the homeowners for what is owed by C&E Wurzer. This is for 15 jobs that were contracted for around 20 thousand dollars. Looks like the business that is at fault is C&E Wurzer.  [redacted] is the sales manager that is not responding to the request for payment to best in Homes. His cell number is [redacted].
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
