This letter is in response to my customer’s very inaccurate complaintHer is the real storyThe customer’s tenant called in for late night emergency serviceI went to the home and found the electric water
heater not workingI then opened the panel and reset the water heater and it fired right upThe next day the water heater was off againWe went out and reset it again at no chargeThe following day it was off againI then recommended a new water heater as the wiring appeared to be installed correctly and the water heater was over years oldCustomer approved the recommendation. The following morning, I answered my phone “hello, this is D*** with Best in the West Plumbing” and was threatened and chewed out by Mrs.R***/Copse to the point where I hung up my phone without saying a wordShortly after her husband called meHe was much more reasonableWe came to the agreement that he would have an electrician go out and check the wiringHe asked that if it was the wiring would I be willing to put the old water heater backI agreed but informed him that the water heater was over its life span. The electrician came out and found that something was indeed wrong with the wiringI gave him the option to bring back the old heaterWe agreed that he would keep the water heater and I would reimburse him for the electrician which I did immediately. Thought everyone was happy until I received a bad review on yelp, a letter from the Revdex.com, and had $taken out of my bank account and refunded to the customer. I appreciate You looking into the matter and hope I can get my money back and my name clearedThank you.*** *** K***
