I am rejecting this response because:They are lying about the total cost and if there was a delay they should have called me ahead of time to let me knowThey refuse to give anymore than hours for pick up and deliveryI expect the abide by those already low standards not telling me several hours after they are supposed to show upCostello even admitted he simply "forgot" to call the day beforeMost importantly, the response does not address being name called and insulted by their employee.

Dear Consumer, Best in Town regrets to hear the expressed concernsWe strive to meet customer satisfaction to the best of our abilityAs stated, your move was scheduled for 3/26-3/Our pick up confirmations are conducted the day prior to the move, generally between 3-7pmWe anticipated on
