Best Inn Cozy House & Suites

Was charged for a stay that I didn't have
I reserved a room at the Cozy Inn on April 17, through Hotel.com One of the members in my party was ill, so I called them to cancel on April Hotel.com spoke with the Cozy Inn and said it would be cancelled but they were upset about it I received my credit card bill a week ago and there was a charge for for the Cozy Inn Since that time, I have contacted Hotels.com several times and they've told me it's the Cozy Inn's responsibility to correct the problem I 've spoken to the hotel and owner of the hotel The owner refused to speak with me and hung up on me I would just like my money back
