After receiving the complaint, I personally called the customer on 12/7/to resolve the issue and left a message that I would call around am on the 8th again to speak with themMy call on the 8th went unansweredI left another message to have the customer call and reschedule to have the sofa cleaned, and that I would make sure it was cleaned at no charge as well as they would have to sign the Waiver Of Liability formThe customer did call, we returned to clean the sofa and did not charge for the cleaningThe lady whose sofa we cleaned raved about how nice the sofa looked and that she "would recommend us to everyone" and "we did a fantastic job" and she "couldn't believe the color difference"Thankfully there was no bleeding or discoloration when we did the cleaning and we have not received any call that after drying that any staining from cleaning appeared
My only wish in this matter would have been 1) that the customer would have understood when explained to them what is meant by minimum charge, and 2) not that it is their responsibility but I would have liked them to ask to speak to the owner so I could have satisfy this without it ever going to the Revdex.comIn years of business we have a wonderful record with the Revdex.com and taking care of our customersIn this case we not only solved their complaint but did so at a reduced cost to them
