I have failed a few times and had any alcohol or eaten anything. I drove 20 blocks, stopped for a sandwich and went to start the car and failed the test.. The co. say's it's not the equipment. I think it is.

Review: I have an interlock through them and in the past I have been able to talk to the techs until 7pm. Now after 5pm you can not get a hold of anyone. All numbers associated with the company lead to the same person. The service menu is not working properly and when you do get it to work they do not tell you any extensions that are able to be used. Everyone but the technicians has an attitude if you need help right away. They are to send a new interlock each month, but I always have to call to get them to do it and half the time they don't send it. This has caused many issues in the past with me getting to work on time due to the fact they open at 9am and I start work at 6am. I have to pay to use the equipment and there for if a problem occurs I should be able the contact someone anytime of the day.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive 3 to 5 months of payments back for the trouble that they have caused me and the loss of hours at work. I pay **-** dollars a month. Also, a 24 hour or after hours help line needs to be established.
