I have reviewed the response made by the business in
reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. We discussed the fact that the State of *** was behind in processing title requests while I was in WI at the dealership In addition to this, the state of ***'s standard timeline for processing title request is weeks, (within two weeks of the two month time frame in which the dealership received the title This fact is verifiable with call to the *** secretary of state Finally, I attached the proof that I have a signed receipt from the finance representative at the Frank Boucher dealership promising a payment of 25,once the dealership receives the title (it mentions nothing about any possible adjustment in the amount given for my trade.) I have contacted the dealership on multiple occasions, only to be given the run around and or no call back The dealership broke our written agreement and they owe 800$ for my trade per their own written receipt
