The website is a little awkward to manage when trying to set up an easy to shop for and easy to make routine diet menu. Although, it is possible to do this with some patience. It also helps to print what you come up with. I still use part of my menu plan today even though I do not access the website any longer.
My main complaint is when you sign up for the 30 day free trial you have to call an 800 number to cancel. Last time I signed up and wanted to cancel the plan; I called the phone number listed and the phone number did not work - all you get is a fast busy signal each time you call the number (###-###-####). I just called again to double check my experience and it still does not work. Instead, I cancelled the credit card the company was billing to and stopped the account that way. Buyer beware.
