I purchased a motor (it was shipped out) from AutoZone Auto Parts on 2-9-2016 that came with a warranty of 90 days for $2949. After it was installed, it wasnt working properly. I took it to Westfall Volvo & GMC truck center so it could be diagnosed and they specialize in the Chevrolet vehicle. They tried diagnosing and checking different areas. They found that various parts inside the motor were open and stuck. I went to AutoZone to ask about an exchange or refund. They said they could not do anything and directed me to Tri Star Engines, who are the ones that sell the part. I will be submitting this both to Tri Star Engines and AutoZone. The GMC truck center began a claim with Tri Star Engines (#4807) for refund on services that the motor needed due to it being faulty. This was on 3-16-2016. My daughter called Tri Star Engines for me to ask about what all would be refunded as I had now paid an extra $2626 for a $2949 motor. They asked for paperwork again. I emailed all I had. 4 day
I sold my business on January 13, At that time, Autozone was told to close my account and open a new account with the new owners On that day I sent in a check for my final payment What I didn't notice was that they had not processed my previous payment yet so I payed the whole payment of $instead of just the $that I owed for the final statement This left a refund I should have received of $ The problem was that Autozone apparently had not closed my account, but merely transferred it over to the new owners, thus giving them my refund When I found out I got on the phone with Autozone and after going through about or different people, finally got with one that supposedly would take care of the issue Since then I have called many times and keep being told they are working on it or I will get a call back I never get a call back and feel that I am just getting the run around The person that I have been talking to at Autozone on different occa
