My wife had taken her [redacted] to them for recall work and and an oil changeA day later we noticed the protective cover under the engine wasn’t put completely back on and was missing screwsI removed the cover and called summit fordI explained the situation and was immediately lied to about itI was then told they found it that way, another lieThen they wanted us bring the car back in but it wasn’t conviient for us and was already losing trustI asked if the covered the part I’d get it installedThen I was promised a call back which I never receivedI called numerous times and talked to the same shop manager (Randy) which always acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about and many times blamed me for not noting who I originally talked toI stopped calling and then sent an email to the info account I found on their website and never heard backThe car is still missing the part and never got a response

Brakes went out in FPlatinum hours from homeThe truck was towed to Summit Ford Wednesday morning They don't expect to be able to fix it until the following week When I told them we had to leave for home prior to that they suggested I rent a car, drive home hours, drive back when it is ready and then drive back home another hours

Horrible customer service by the new car sales managerWent in on a very slow Saturday and asked him to value my new truck (regarding an insurance claim from an accident)He said it’s not something he would do because he “didn’t want to”Said he wouldn’t help me because I didn’t help him by buying the truck thereI let him know that I have been buying all my aftermarket parts from them and they didn’t have the truck I wantedDidn’t matterWalked right back to Parts and returned the parts I had just boughtIt was unbelievable how rude the manager was

I have experienced the worst customer service ever by a this dealership They are so unwilling to fix the problems with my purchased vehicle that they are will to unwild the whole deal Instead or repairing and fixing the small issues Which I am fine with but now they refuse to do it in a timely manner causing me to lose work possible lose my jobs all togetherBeing this is my work vehicle I use to perform jobs for my business I have just started I have no other employment lined upIt is a shame to think I may have to and am probably going to have to go on unemployment over this whole deal All because they are unwilling to exchange my trade in vehicle in a timely manner to replace my work truck with another one

I worked with Stephanie in Sales at Summit Ford to help ‘kick the tires’ and purchase a vehicle from out of stateShe was very responsive, professional and friendly, easily accommodating my schedule via email, txt and phone callsShe helped coordinate pre-purchase inspection with a local mechanic, as well as coordinated with her service department, finance and others to make the whole process pretty smoothI flew in to Denver on Thursday night and was driving off the lot with my new vehicle early Friday afternoonI would definitely recommend Stephanie at Summit Ford and would do business with them again!

I went in to Summit Ford for a break inspectionThere was a few deals on their website that included discounts on breaks and a free break examinationAfter receiving terrible customer service from the only person on the floor, named Randy, and the promotion on the company’s website was denied, I started my car and it was shakingUpon further examination, it was found that a spark plug was pulled from my engineThere would be no reason that my engine would be touched for a break examinationWhen I called them to tell them that my car was shaking, which was not happening before I dropped my car off, I was informed that there was no manager on the floor to help meI asked for them to call me back, and have still not heard from anyoneOnce I got my car to stop shaking, my check engine light was also on, but finally turned off when I received service at another establishmentI had to pay about $for nothing and have them, potential, sabotage my carI did not feel comfortable goi

On 6/13/I took my *** *** into the Summit *** Service Station to get my Transmission worked on When I dropped it off for work the Mileage was and when I picked up the mileage was I got my car back on 7/20/after paying $for my transmission issueThey replaced the Mechatronic assembly, serviced the high pressure and low filter, replaced fluid and road tested it and it was okthe parts they replaced are as followed: ***, ***, ***, ***When I got the car back the Assistant Manager reassured me that the Transmission was under a year warranty or 100,mile Warranty whichever came up firstI drove the car for just over miles and the transmission light came on at the exact same place and time driving as it did beforeI immediately took it back to Summit *** because that was what I was instructed to doThey looked at the car, said they test drove it and said that it now needed another $in work done to it an
