& that we are not licensed plumbers, which the *** knew prior to buying granite from us. *** *** said that he was reconnecting his own plumbing but couldn't get it to fit back togetherThe sales manager offered to refer him to a plumber again as he had before they bought granite from us but *** *** wanted to be able to do this himselfThe sales manager explained that if a plumber came out to reconnect his plumbing that they would make any adjustments necessary for the garbage disposal. *** *** got upset & said that he would just get on the internet & hung up on the sales manager
