Best Logo Creation

Review: I purchased an order on Bestlogocreation.com for a logo creation as well as a business card format logo which totaled $70.00. On the website it states guarantee unlimited revisions and money back guarantee within 60 days. I went on a business trip in ealy April and needed the logo for business cards I had purchased but needed the logo info to send to the company. I received an email back from bestlogocreation.com with a few samples of the logo ideas. I sentb back an email with revision ideas. They guaranteed a logo revision turn around within 48 hours. I did not receive feedback for a week. They sent a revision and I was not happy with it and realized I wanted to make the final tow changes and sent an email with those changes even with attachments for reference purposes. After not hearing back, I became frustrated and asked for a refund since I did not receive a final draft of the logos. I asked for a refund and then received an email from the company with a revised logo missing the changes I'd asked for, so I sent the same email with the revisions I wanted so that we can have the final logos and they did not respond and a month went by. I have a trail of emails unanswered from the company and no logos to show for it. I asked for a refund 4 times 2 times directly from the website contact us since they did not have a customer service number. I received no response and no emails. I asked for a refund way before 60 days. It is now June *, 2014 and I purchased this product on March ** and received the first drafts March [redacted]. April [redacted] I asked for a refund since I was not getting much feedback. I would like my full refund from the company that has not returned my messages, money or logo.Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund of $70.00 credited back to my credit card account since I asked several times for a refund for the lack of response to receiving my logo which was never revised for a final draft. I no longer wish to have the logo and have evidence from emails of when I asked for a refund and that I did not receive any responses. Its been 2 months and a week now. Please refund me my money.

Review: We have reached out three times in the past to Best Logo Creation and had exceptional service. However this time, they have failed to 1) deliver on time 2) respond to follow-up messages and 3) took our money via [redacted] without giving us our desired product.Desired Settlement: Due to the fact we haven't heard from them, but our money went to them, and they are failing to provide us with what a hold-up or delay may be, we wish to receive a full refund.
