Mrs [redacted] came to the store on Sunday June 12, (close to our closing time), she was asking for credit to purchase furnitureShe was able to fill out application thru our finance company we use ( [redacted] and was approved for $that day she placed an order for a Mattress set, Pub Dinette Set, Queen Metal Frame, and a Sofa for a total of $1,invoice was explained to her at this time and she agrees and accepted at the terms(invoice # [redacted] - [redacted] )On June 13, all her items were deliver to Mrs***Later on that same day received a phone all from Mrs [redacted] stating didn't set up her bed correctlyShe was asking me to set up her old headboard, but it was missing a lot of screws.advise Mrs [redacted] that our delivery and set up was only for items she had purchased from usShe was really upset afterwards and stated that the table had a scratch, and she wanted to return it, discuss our 25% re-stocking fee and she stated she wouldn't pay anything because it wasn't her faultWe went to her house again to pick up and return the dinette setOn June 14, she called the store and canceled half of the ordercalled the Finance Company for her to ask them to see if we could fix the current invoice for her, which was able to fix her invoiceThe customer had mention to me that the reason she needed to cancel some items is because she had talked to her daughter and she didn't want her to have all this furniture.had mention to Mrs [redacted] that at this point is she wanted to canceled the whole order we told at this timePer Customer she wanted to keep the Queen Metal Frame, the Mattress Set and the Pub Dinette Set and keep the rest of the itemsClient was asking for a discount because her metal frame was scratched, ended up exchanging her frame for a different one due to the fact that now she also mention that she needed rails on them, which it wasn't on the original order she had placed.We ended up going times to her house to resolve all of her problemsAt the end Mrs [redacted] was really upset and mad at me and didn't want to work with me anymore and she wanted everything for free.made a total of invoices for this particular customer.At the end charged her our 25% re-stocking fee just for the DinetteSet that we went to pick up on June 22, from the amount of S ( have a re-stocking fee notice on the bottom of each receipt that is given to every customerI spoke with the Finance Company and they also agree with me on this particular situation

*** *** I asked the guy at the furniture store was I going to recieved a new dinette setHe answerd yes, and stated it will come out of a boxI particular said to him, you are not going to bring out this defected one on display He assured me, he would bring out a new one The next day he brought the defected one out He tried to convince my daughter and I that all of the dinette set comes from the factory this wayWe both stated to him it is defected with a big piece missing I told him to take it back, I did not want it and told him we discussed this yesterdayHe brought the wrong rails as wellHe took them and brought the right ones outThey were defected The rails were used, had scratches and dents in itMy daughter also noticed it before we put the bed together I also took pictures of it The only thing he did right was to bring out new mattresses, which was wrapped in plastic I tried contacting the finance company several times with no successI wanted them to adjust my bill, because they were charging me for the dinette set, I did not purchased and the restocking fee for it which was not my faultIf he would have brought it new, I would have kept itI feel as though, both companies are shadyThis is my honest opinion He was very rude and will never do business with the company againI am a military dependent, and I was taken advantage of
