Review: The company did a tune-up on our a/c and a week later when we first used our a/c we had water leaking through our ceiling. The service guy came back out and tried to repair the damage which just caused more damage again. We spoke to the manager and he said he could fix the problem for $135 more, bur this should have been repaired with the tune-up so I refused to pay anymore money. Now I have to find someone else to fix the a/c and now the water damage caused due to this.Desired Settlement: And fix water damage to ceiling

We did not charge for the original air conditioning service as a courtesy to customer. We were charging for the repair as repairs are not included in the air conditioning service. The service is for general maintenance. The technician did not see a leak during the service, if he had he would of told the customer a price to do the repair.
