At this time, I have been contacted directly by Prepaid Mobile regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I haven’t heard from the company about thecomplain, but I have emailed them a few times asking, when I will get my refund.I sent them the first email on October, **, they told me I had to wait, butsince about 2-weeks was told the money were in process to being refundedIsent them again an email on last Monday (November, **), asking when the moneywould be back on my credit car, they told me their system had crashedFor myit seems like they keep using excuses In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

The customer in question, was fully aware of the terms of the agreement which consists of paying a deposit and waiting for days till the deposit is refundedIn addition, another receipt was printed from the credit card machine which effectively states the amount being chargedThe customer signed both the agreement and the credit card receipt

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Best Broadway Mobile regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I received USD on my [redacted] accountI have to note:- On day of purchase 544,USD was credited (499,USD deposit, 44,USD sales tax)- [redacted] takes about 4% transaction costs (=19,USD), therefore 480,USD is transfered to my [redacted] account.I expect to receive the remaining amount (=544,- 480,= 64,USD) also back on my creditcard or [redacted] account Sincerely, [redacted]
