months ago, when it happened even the vendor told me, I get it back within few days

  I went to their store several times but they refuse me alwaus. One day a worker said to me come back tomorrow...

morning for repairing your cellphone but when I came back he wasn't available and previous workers said he don't come here and we don't do anything for you. I am really upset for this matter. it is my first time that I am faced with such these tricky guys.
