According to our records we were contacted on 9/** regarding missing items from the customer’s orderAfter clarifying with the customer, items were reshipped on 9/**The customer did not send photos of incorrect items until 9/**, so this delayed our response to this portion of the complaintA
replacement item was also shipped again on 9/**The customer was still not satisfied, so at this time we have also issued a refund as of 10/*At this time, we have reshipped or refunded any and all missing items from the customer’s order and are unable to take any additional actionWe have not received any photos of damaged items or any complaints from the customer regarding damage, however this is listed in the customers complaint to the Revdex.com

This customer made a purchase on our website and never received her packageThrough her credit card company, she disputed the payment and her credit card company denied payment to herFurther, since *** closed her credit card, we could not even refund her money back, but had to either wire
transfer or send a company check.After fully investigating, our company offered *** her full money back, minus the charge back we received for her disputing payment with her credit card companyEven though she lost the case, we still incurred a reduced charge back fee to the bank as per payment dispute policies.Instead of recovering the majority of her money, *** said she preferred to recover her money via the Revdex.com, Attorney General's office, etc

The business sent me a copy of the refund transaction but I still have not got any refund after repeated attempts to contact Baby Vison they will not respond to my messages.. I clearly told the company I did not want any items from them and would send what they had shipped to me back to them I just wanted a full refund of the total cost I spent on their website. After I sent numerous pictures and proof of the company's mistake they still have yet to issue me any kind of refund or compensation. I want a full refund I don't not feel this issue is in any way my fault and I had no way to prevent this from happening this responsibility of  fulfilling the order with the correct items is the company Baby Visons obligation and they failed to correct the order after several shipments. Since they could not correctly  follow through with their guarantee I should be given a full refund in the total amount I spent with them $39.87 I've provided images of the original shipment statement that's shows what was missing and what was wrong . I've also included what they shipped the 2nd time was still missing an outfit and sent the wrong item again. I've added the 3rd shipment which once again was still missing an outfit for a total of 3 shipments all of them failed to complete the order as promised and I contacted company every single time I got a package and what was in it and what was wrong and missing I included proof with photos for everything.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT My bank did deny the claim because the business was filing a claim with [redacted] and then I would get paid my full monies due.However, this is not the case. The business wants to charge me for their mistake and not return my full payment of $195.00.  I feel I am due back a full refund, as I never received anything from this company and even though I tried to resolve this with them prior to having my bank take action, they refused to respond.Had they responded to me originally, no charges would of been incurred. I don't feel that I should be held responsible for any charges when I never received any merchandise whatsoever. I and my bank are 3rd parties to their [redacted] claim and only they had the information to file the claim.

We offered this customer two months ago under the basis that she would close this case. However, she chose not to accept this offer and instead preferred to take action via the Attorney Generals office and FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center. Further, please ask her how we can refund her credit card as I believe her card has been closed.   Best, Amit

At this point the customer has been refunded for any merchandise that has been damaged or not received. If the transaction has not completed you may wish to follow up with your financial institution, refunds may take several business days to appear on your card. After sending several re shipments of items at no charge, giving the customer incorrect items as a gift, and refunding an out of stock item, we are unable to refund her further without the return of merchandise.
