Regards, I want a refund for advertisement and being rude when trying to resolve matters professionallyNot only damaging my furniture but saying his company provides high quality moving, when his company failed to uphold integrity and honestyHe continually lie and the reimbursement policy is a rip offcent a pound is a jokeI do not feel the move or contract was fulfilledThe contract says hi quality, when in fact it was the oppositeHe was paid $cash before the even finished the move because the drivers stop moving and said they need $to continue this move, which I believe was very oddAs the move got close to the end me and my wife notice the damage and called the manager immediatelyI want a full refund or $$refund for advertisement, unprofessionally handling the matterBefore filing the compliant, I called him and he said he have more important things to do then worry about my damage furniture, I have pictures, bank statements, and phone records

Regards,  They are lying and my wife notice the damages to the book case as soon as the delivered are furniture. The movers even admitted too damaging are book case and TV stand. This guy consistently lies about what happens. His advertising is false and the move was a horrible move, not professional at all and it was not high quality like his ad/business card states.

[redacted]Subject: Revdex.com CASE #[redacted] - BEST MOVERS LLC   To whom it may concern,   We always make sure to take good care of our customers and we like to honor our contracts. We do have a signed contract with [redacted], which I have attached. Please read the contract, specifically the insurance section. We also have a repair policy, if the customer chooses to repair any damages made during the move on his/her furniture. [redacted] did choose to repair his furniture and I am still waiting for his receipt so I can send him a check as we did agree to in the contract.   PS- Our movers stated that when they moved the furniture to the new place it was not cracked. When [redacted] reported it cracked, the movers found the piece of furniture in a different room from where they had originally placed it.
