Worst Movers of America....*** called me daily to try and set up a move date I spent $dollars for a move that was literally mile up the road Please rethink using this company for your move Pay the extra money for better moving company and protect your itemsMovers were almost hours late- Movers then gave me attitude and threatened to call off the job- Movers did not cover/wrap any of my items- Movers refused to take mirrors or glass- Movers took cigarette breaks- Movers damaged multiple pieces of furniture(nothing broken however several scratches)- Movers expected and ASKED for a tip I had planned a move and was told by *** the dispatcher that the movers would arrive at 7:am I only had till am to be out of my building however because they arrived hours late I was charged an additional day of prorated rent by my apartment complex I have emailed *** regarding the complaint but have not heard back from her It's funny how they call you non-stop when they want your business but when something goes wrong they seem to disappear

We used Best Movers of America to take our belongings from FL to OR and had a dreadful experience BMOA is a broker, even though they claim they are not It took WEEKS to deliver, way past the posted days in the contract The furniture was scratched up, so clearly, it had not been wrapped The customer service went downhill once the sale went through The final delivery was entirely too late in the evening (9-11pm) No delivery date was ever adhered toThere was NEVER anything updated in writing Clearly, there weren't enough trucks and drivers (even though I was told there were multiple trips scheduled to the west coast.) The delivery driver stated he did not get paid to capture the extra flight of stairs, even though we paid BMOA At the very least, I deserve to be compensated for every day past the promised delivery time, plus we had one broken dish and a broken leg off of a hope chest

This company is a moving broker company out of Florida. They get their $300 fee up front, and they outsource your move with another company from a big city near where you live. They charge you for travel time to your location and travel time back to their home base. My move was to be $875 for 4 hours, 3 men and one truck. It was the 4 hours, 3 men and one truck but charge was $1050. I've called back and spoke with several people, only to be told they have to speak with moving compnay they sub out to, and never hear back. I have been trying for several weeks now with no luck.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL MOVERS, NOT THIS MOVING BROKER.

Terrible company and would not recommend this company. I have a very long list of complaints. The bottom line is they are very dishonest and almost impossible to reach if you need them. A terrible experience during a difficult time.

Worst experience I ever had with a moving company. They are unreliable, rude and in my case 2 weeks late with delivery. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!

This firm was hired to move furniture from my mother's house in Jupiter, FL to my house in Chadds Ford, PA. The men who picked up the furniture were disrespectful to my 84yo mother. The items were transferred to a third party that demanded an additional $350 cash upon delivery because the driver did not want to come down our street. There are 17 homes on the street which have received moving tractor trailers. A second stop at my brother's house was paid for but the 3rd party said they would deliver to one stop. Best movers would not intervene with their contracted carrier and said I should deal with them directly even though our contract was with Best Movers.

This company is nothing but a scam. They are out to defraud innocent customers. They do not follow through on their commitments. They do bait and switch. They gave a rate of $1488 for moving and on the day of the move, the quote was raised to $3000 for no apparent reason. They changed the percentage rates to be paid upfront on the day of the move.

We hired Best Movers of America to move us from FL to NC in last jan. This review is long overdue. The folks at Best Movers of America were absolutely fantastic the entire time. We had to change our move date at the last minute due to a delay on our home closing, and they couldn't have been more understanding. The day we finally began the move, the guys showed up at 9am sharp as promised and got right to work. They were very careful with our furniture and took time to explain their plan for the day. We did most of the packing ourselves but they did help us pack a couple of large mirrors and did a great job (no damages!) Thank you Best Movers of America!

It’s very difficult to get a good moving company and I am lucky to found Best Movers of America and I found this company as one of the best in business. From initial enquiry to the final move everything was extremely helpful and friendly. The moving teams were fantastic. All the guys were very friendly and professional. I would recommend to anyone and definitely use them again. Thanks to you all!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They should be called Worst Movers of America. They outright lie to you to get your business. We were given a 2 day delivery date and a low estimate for our small shipment. The shipment arrived 13 days later at 30% more. We had no idea who was picking up our shipment or delivering it.

Some random truck showed up 7 hours later than promised and the driver refused to unload the truck. My son unloaded the truck by himself.

They are liars and won't return your phone calls or emails.
