DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They should be called Worst Movers of AmericaThey outright lie to you to get your businessWe were given a day delivery date and a low estimate for our small shipmentThe shipment arrived days later at 30% moreWe had no idea who was picking up our shipment or delivering it Some random truck showed up hours later than promised and the driver refused to unload the truckMy son unloaded the truck by himself They are liars and won't return your phone calls or emails

We hired Best Movers of America to move us from FL to NC in last janThis review is long overdueThe folks at Best Movers of America were absolutely fantastic the entire timeWe had to change our move date at the last minute due to a delay on our home closing, and they couldn't have been more understandingThe day we finally began the move, the guys showed up at 9am sharp as promised and got right to workThey were very careful with our furniture and took time to explain their plan for the dayWe did most of the packing ourselves but they did help us pack a couple of large mirrors and did a great job (no damages!) This company is a moving broker company out of FloridaThey get their $fee up front, and they outsource your move with another company from a big city near where you liveThey charge you for travel time to your location and travel time back to their home baseMy move was to be $for hours, men and one truckIt was the hours, men and one truck but charge was $I've called back and spoke with several people, only to be told they have to speak with moving compnay they sub out to, and never hear backI have been trying for several weeks now with no luck I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANYSUPPORT YOUR LOCAL MOVERS, NOT THIS MOVING BROKER

Itâ s very difficult to get a good moving company and I am lucky to found Best Movers of America and I found this company as one of the best in businessFrom initial enquiry to the final move everything was extremely helpful and friendlyThe moving teams were fantasticAll the guys were very friendly and professionalI would recommend to anyone and definitely use them againThanks to you all!
