Knowing she is from [redacted] they went ahead and moved her items as they found them into the moving truck and separating items for disposal as well. [redacted] only pays for moving not repacking of boxes or containers. Please note during the process she was separating items to be dumped at a local dump facility ($75 fee on bill).I regret helping her. I have never heard such abusive language and insults to my workers. My employee called me to hear her in the background and it was truly unnerving.Since this move she has reached out to us and sent photos of her belongings with no explanation of what the pictures are - as you can see I have attached them from her email. She claims in the photo that we are stepping on her television but I don't see that in any of the photos. To try and resolve this we have sent a damage claim form for any damages she wants to claim under the valuation protection that came with the move. You can see we even followed up with a second email. To this date she has failed to fill out any information as well as failed to provide an explanation of any damages or explanation of the pictures. I have included all the emails asking her to fill out the info and instructions on how to do so. After talking or trying to talk to her, I am left to believe she is not of sound mind or at least at the moments I have witnessed and encourage you to make one call and see for yourself. I am baffled at her level of anger and hostility. These documents for her to fill out are from the emails sent to her as you can see in the attachment of the email. They are enclosed with this letter so you can forward them to her and help her fill them out if you are willing to, I would but she ends up yelling with threats of lawyers and nonsense that is so erratic.I have a great reputation and want to keep it but I just do not know of any resolution for her. The truth is I just don't know what she is seeking and how shebelieves we owe her $6,500.00 Maybe you can relay a message to send us documentation so we can validate and submit her request to our insurance carrier. Please make sure she reads the instructions enclosed and has it notarized per the instructions so not to further delay the situation.
