June 10, 20l7 To Whom This May Concern,This letter pertains to *** *** *** complaintOn May 26th, 2017, *** *** *** came into The Best Nails Salon at 5pmShe signed in and requested for her usual nail technician, Jenny*** ***s visited the salon on numerous
occasions, but it has been about six months since her last visitThe Jenny had just started working on another client for a gel manicure and gel pedicure, which takes about hours Whereas a regular manicure and regular pedicure takes about an hourTo minimize the wait time for *** ***s, another nail technician wrapped her gel nails with acetone and foil to remove the colorIt was 7pm before Jenny was ready to start on *** ***s and she asked if she could do her gel manicure today and pedicure tomorrowThe salon closes at 7:30pm and Jenny had to pick up her son from the caretaker at 8:15pm*** *** could have said “no” and explain that she would like both services done that dayInstead, *** ***s stood up from the seat, removed the foil from her fingers and threw it at the stationJenny was not refusing to provide the services, but asked if *** ***s was willing to come back the next dayIt is a accusation that Jenny intentionally made *** ***s wait longer than she had to as retaliationThe situation could have been resolved through communication, but *** ***s threw a tantrum and walked out.We are willing to work with any customers as it is not unusual to stay past closing time*** ***s has always been very particular about her nails and technicians tend to spend more time providing her services and it was an alternative solution to ask if she would like to come in the next day for a pedicure, so Jenny can take her time and offer exceptional work.In another incident regarding *** ***s, a nail technician accidentally nipped her skin, but took the correct precautions to treat the cut by applying pressure and applying an antiseptic to the nickThe technician does not have a strong English background to thoroughly explain the process, so Jenny explained what it wasI spoke to the technician separately to hear her side of the situation because *** *** was clearly unhappy and yellingI spoke to *** *** and assured her it will not happen again and that the technician should have been more carefullI asked if she would like another technician to take care of her instead and we resolvedthe issue.Our salon has been very patient and accommodating with *** ***s throughout the yearsThere have been more con?icts as being unable to match a previous polish or making an appointment that is already ?lled that resulted in *** ***s negatively speaking about the salon and cursing in front of other patronsOur salon has always prioritized the customers and remained professional under all circumstances.Sincerely,Thea H
