I reject the response by this business owner because it is inaccurate and dishonest. First of all I have never signed a loan agreement of any kind with this business and the representative assured me if the transaction does not go through for any reason I would be refunded in full. The agreement was for the purchase of this vehicle for $3,000 and because the vehicle would not pass inspection in its current condition (the vehicle needed tires and a muffler) the salesman agreed to make the necessary repairs and that I could should come back in a week and the car would be ready. So I filled out an application and left a $1,000 deposit. The following week I purchased called the business and got the vin # of the vehicle and had the vehicle insured and I waited another week for the business to the repairs they agreed to (they claimed the car was being worked on each time I called). After being put off for over two weeks I became anxious that I would lose my deposit so I went to the business and the car was the exact condition same condition as when I first saw it. When I asked them why they hadn’t made the agreed upon repairs to the vehicle they said I would have to give them another $500 because the bank had required it. Of course I wasn’t going to give them another $500 because that wasn’t the agreement and they failed to make the repairs they said they would and now they were now changing the terms of our agreement so I demanded my money back. They argued with me and said that I would have to come back for my deposit and it took them several weeks more before they gave me a check for $800 after a very stressful confrontation with them.

because we did anything wrong.  He decided to cancel the deal because he could not pay the registry taxes until another month.  Therefore he decided to return the car.  We gave him a refund of $800 and had already paid the underwriter a processing fee of $295 and is not refundable.  Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
