Review: On May *, 2013 Me and my then fiance [redacted] went to Best Of Times Video Production, sat with Patricia K[redacted] and John K[redacted] and signed a DVD Production Wedding Service contract for our Wedding on September **, 2014. The Total price was 2698.00. Our deposit was 900.00 before 5/**/2013, we made another payment on 6/*/2014 of 1798.00 which paid the balance in full. I have emailed them numerous times throughout the year. I emailed them on 10/**/2014- I was told I had a approximate six month turn around time from the wedding date. I emailed them again on 2/*/2015...no progress on my wedding video and I was told maybe in several weeks I will receive my production. It is now September **, 2015 almost a year later from my Wedding Date, and I have not received anything from this company. They had no problem accepting our payments, we signed a contract, we had a wedding that we have no video or photos for, and Patricia K[redacted] and John K[redacted] kept our money.Desired Settlement: At this point we have come to a realization that we are not going to get the services we paid for, we are requesting a full refund. We will deal with not having our Wedding memories.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Please Review the attached emails that are Me email the company and their emails back to me. It starts on November **, 2014, I email Best of times. I emailed Best of Times Again on February *, 2015. On February *, 2015 Best of times emailed me back. June **, 2015 I emailed Best of Times again. Best of Times emailed me back on June **, 2015. Please review attached file. I called Best of times on June ** and spoke to John and he informed me that they mailed it to my old address. I explained to him that I had updated and they had emailed me on February *, 2015 that they had made a note of my change of address. He again took my address and told me they will ups it to my address on Monday. Hopefully that will happen. Once I receive the package we paid for I will email Revdex.com to let them know I received it.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Response:
The business has responded. Please see below:[redacted] contacted me on the evening of October [redacted] 2015 to inform me of our error. I recommended she pick up her reproduced project at my office over the weekend but she was unable to come in. I immediately gave her access to the vimeo file of her project which had been posted in June and included in her original shipment. That file was viewed 4 times that evening and a total of 15 times to date. Her reproduced project was shipped to her Fishkill address on 10/**/2015 via [redacted] signature confirmation receipt and delivery was attempted on 10/**/2015 with notice Left ( No Authorized Recipient Available ) at time of delivery. To date the package remains at the [redacted] Post Office awaiting pick up. I remain available to assist [redacted] in any way possible to see that her project is delivered to her. Sincerely, John K[redacted].
