Movers didn't include into the bill the their lunch timeAnd I have movers who can prove thatShe is a lying! And explanation for the bulky fee is written in the contract that she signedWe offered her movers to have the job done faster, and because she had a huge granite
table top that movers can lift only in team of of And we didn't even charge for thatShe was charged a bulky fee of $for a treadmill only, because it is in our list of bulky items and because a lot of stairs were involvedNumber of movers in a team doesn't affect the charge for the bulky itemsJust because she thought she wouldn't pay, doesn't mean that we have to refund her thatShe didn't even mention that she has any heavy items besides that granite topAttached is the signed printed estimate

Hi,
I want to request to take back the complaint with the complain ID: ***

We hired this company for a men and truck crew for hours (not included a hour of travel time) to move a king size bed, few racks, and few small items The guys was calling us unorganized because we added few items that needed to move One of them (the leader) gave us very bad attitude We asked them to move few empty boxes to the garage and they refused to We had never experienced such bad services before At the end, they asked for a tip and we gave them some money so we didn't want to deal with them anymore

I am rejecting this response because: First of all I asked to speak to the lady that I was talking to because this person was so rude. I was surprised when she told me she was the same person. By this time it was around 3:45pm. When the receptionist cancelled my order it was about 3:55pm. All the while she was telling me the driver was at first minutes away and then minutes away. When the driver called me to question the order being cancelled it was about 4:15pm. The receptionist knew that the driver was not going to make it to me by 4:00pm which is why she was so rude and kept trying to get me to cancel the order which I refused to do. The reason I'm disputing the $cancellation fee is because I never cancelled the order and told her she did not have my permission to take my money and she told me she was going to cancel the order and still take the $fee. My question is what happened to the $deposit I paid. I just gave this company $for doing nothing. When the driver told me he was going to lunch it was before 12pm and he said he would be there by 3:30pm but closer to 4:00pm. I believe these people had to intention on fulfilling their end of the bargain. Why do I have to give $for a job that was never done or cancelled by me?
Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:
It is clear that the business will not take any responsibility, and so this issue may need to remain unresolvedI did not notice the fine print about the "bulky item" on what I signed because I expected MsKarina S*** to verbally communicate that kind of important information up front at the time of we were talking over the phone at length about the estimate, especially since I had made sure to inform them of the man-power that would be needed to move the extra heavy marble table (and the treadmill is not nearly as heavy, requiring only movers to lift and move it). Also, I did not provide the information about the treadmill for reasons1st, MsS*** specifically stated that she did not need to see ta list of items that needed to be moved in order to be able to give me an estimate (even though I had the list ready ), and 2nd, no other moving company I used in the past had charged me an extra fee for the treadmill so it wasn't even a consideration to meAs far as the lunch hours go, I firmly stand by my statement that they did not take out ALL the time they took out for lunch, crediting me only a fraction of the time

contract when reserving the move with us.
This is the respond to the customer, that was left on our Facebook page, after she posted a complaint there also:
"Dear [redacted],
Contract, that you have signed has an arrival time between 2 and 4 pm, because you was a second job in our schedule. Nobody forced you to make a reservation with us if you were not ok with our availability. Driver called you after they finished their 1st job to let you know that they will arrive between 3:45-4:00 pm. That is still in your timeframe. He told you they will go for lunch on the way to your job, but you are not paying for that time. Based on the contract that you signed you are paing 1 FLAT hour as travel fee, and you labor time starts when the crew arrives at your place.
On the day of your move you figured out that the leasing office of your new apartment will be closed at 5pm. At 3:45 you called to the office and start complaining about arrival time and said its our fault that you will not get in time to your new home. We gave you 3 options: either to continue, cancel or reschedule your move. The last two options means that you will pay a cancelation fee of $100. You said no way you will pay something. You were talking rude to the office worker and said: "I want you to kiss my as[redacted] ". That's why your move was canceled and based on our cancelation policy, that you signed, we charged you a cancelation fee from the card that was previosly provided."
We are not going to make any refund for her, because all the charges were made based on the contract's terms and conditions.
