I believe the client has received much more than the $that they have paid for

I am rejecting this response because:They met me on my roof on Sept 15, assured me once again that the leak has been fixed, and agreed I needed the
gutters replaced, the rubber edge trimmed, and agreed to extend my warranty. On Sept 15, my gutters were replaced and the rubber trimmed. He tried but could not remove the unsightly glue on the frame of my sunroom after trimming the rubber, and said he would return the next morning to do this and would leave the extended warranty. Although I left a message on Sept 19, as of today, Sept 21, no one has called or returned to complete the work.

I do not feel that there was any miscommunication I have attached a screenshot where I by asking a follow up question The question was answered with one sentence "that is the carport and the soffits combined" This made it perfectly clear to me that he was doing bothWhat else would you expect that sentence to mean? I have also attached photos of our soffits from today that clearly show the giant holes from the birds, where no replacement or repair work has been done Regards,

I believe the client has received much more than the $475.00 that they have paid for.

Since Best Ohio installed the rubber roof on my sun room 2 years ago, they have been unsuccessful in stopping the leaks.  The last time they were here on 9/15, the Project Manager agreed to return on 9/16 and remove the glue (see photo) they left on the side of my sun room and to leave the written extended guarantee.  Since my roof has leaked since they installed it 2 years ago, the Project Manager had agreed to start the 3-year guarantee over as of now. They did not return to do this and have not returned my phone calls of 9/19 and 9/24 and or email of 9/26.  At this point I would like a full refund of $800 because if they haven't been able to fix the leak in 2 years, I'm losing faith that they will ever stop the leaking.  I feel like they're stalling until my guarantee runs out.  Also, I don't want to deal with people who can't be counted on to honor their commitments and who won't communicate with me for another 3 years.

I was told to replace only the damaged carport panels. This is what I quoted. There was also some soffit repair and fascia We installed 8 sheets of soffit material, in both the carport and the soffits, typically these are replaced at $100.00 a panel, plus paint. To replace all of the panels, which...

are not damaged, it would require 9 more sheets of material. That is what the second invoice is for. They sent a deposit,which I received over a week after she said it was mailed, and scheduled the repair. When she indicated that I needed to replace all of the carport soffit panels,I told her to keep the balance of the invoice and get someone else to complete the job. If it was clear that all of the panels in the carport were to be replaced, the quote would have been double the amount quoted. I am sorry for the mis-comunication, but I guess those things happen once in a while. I have been a member of the Revdex.com for all of the time I have been in business and I think in 15 years, this is the second complaint that I have received. I always complete what I have quoted
