Member (if you know):    **No Response**Complaint Information:    Here at Best oil we are a COD oil delivery company. as far as letting [redacted] make a 30 day payment on a mis delivery was due to it was our mistake on the delivery , her other oil company gives her 30 days to pay, and since we made the mistake we honored the same terms. But for all other future deliveries they would have to be at our terms of COD. That is our policy , I'm sorry if there was a misunder standing on our policy.
