job was finished. He then sat in his car and ran it for a while, left and came back saying that it isnt cold anymore. The mechanic then recommended a system flush and a new expansion valve. Customer agreed to price and the job was completed. The system was full of metal shards that is throuought the system. We then flushed the system , at no charge, and checked the freon level for him. I feel that we have done everything that was asked from us. The fact that he had us install a used part, that has no warranty from us, there is nothing we can do to fix the problem. We have told him the problem with installing used parts. We spoke on the phone today and have come to the agreement that I will refund him 1 half of the money he spent with us. He and I are satisfied with the results.   [redacted]
