I was seeking immediate help for anxiety,depression,panic attacks.Based on the information online it was in complete contradict to services I received October I contacted Beachway Therapy for assistance with finding assistance with dealing with the recent unfortunately constant panic attacks and ongoing anxiety and depressionI shared with [redacted] (the online representative) that I was seeking a place that provided immediate assistance but provided more than a "four-walled" institutional feelI told her my timeline and budgetMy parents were willing to watch my young children for that four daysI also shared that I drank wine eveningsAfter all information shared by [redacted] suggested I spend $5K for their detox programShe never once shared that the program would occur in a different location...another US cityNo beachNo poolNo special art or music therapy or massage therapy as advertisedBeachway has advertised itself to be a Christian company but what I experience

We were billed for medical services for my daughter, and my daughter has never even been to Florida, or to their facility Complete insurance fraud Account XXXXXXXX, amount $ We keep getting invoiced for $for treatment for Methodone Treatments for my daughter First, my daughter has never even been to Florida, second she does not have a meth problem, third we never ever went to your facilityI only enquired over the internet if you were in network, and your Zola person asked for insurance information to see if we could precertify, to see if our insurance would be in network The next thing I know a few months later I get billed for three treatments for meth? What? I told Blue Cross not to pay the bill it was fraudI called Beachway Therapy numerous times over the past two years, to no resolveI have even called the INsurance Fraud Division of Florida to have them investigated I want this resolved, nowOur personal information has been compromised, and I am v

I paid Beachway for a service that was not completedThey knowingly took my funds when they were not capable of providing the requested service I contacted Beachway regarding Rehab for my son, they agreed to take him into their day program, he would then go into the outpatient program for the sum of $2, He was assessed by [redacted] who later then picked him up from the airportHe presented to the clinic without his medication as his bag was lost [redacted] knew he had a drug induced psychosisThe day he was admitted I was told by [redacted] that he should be in a Psych facility, I called [redacted] advised him that if this is the case, we need to get him moved and settled in also that he is a drug addict and they are very good manipulators He stated he did not see any psychosis that he was very respectful and kindThe next day [redacted] then told me again he needed to be in a psych facility but he was compliant, respectful, shares, not explosive I spoke with her several times several ti

I am getting billed for services I did not receive and the phone number provided on the statement does NOT connect to anyone
