I am rejecting this response because: the issues of the uneven paint were brought up a total of three times so farEach time it had to be addressed and it is becoming repetitiveThe car drives better than it did but isn't presentable as it should be, correctly, the first time aroundThe color doesn't match as in the picture and it is still uneven*** has offered a compensation for the trouble and a loaner to drive in the meantime but any client should not have to go through this type of troubleThe last message I have sent to have the bumper repainted entirely, *** didn't respondI would like to have the bumper smooth and matched professionallyThis is a concern and needs to be raised to prevent such inconvenience for future clients as well.

The client brought the vehicle in with a damaged bumper and suspension damage. The customer did not say anything in regards to the shade difference until today which the paint is a 3 stage pearl paint which does not match 100 percent even through the manufacturer. us today we requested geico to blend the fenders to not be as noticeable, which they did not pay. I, [redacted], also told her I would save her 150.00 on her deductible for the inconvenience. I also gave her a loaner for free because the insurance company only covered 30 days. The issues she had with the bumper as far as the texture in the paint even comes like that with the manufacturer. We addressed that issue as well. We are addressing any and all of her concerns. Before we started the repairs the client mentioned that the vehicle wasn't driving the same which we also took care of that concern as well which was caused by the client during the accident. Everytime the customer calls or has concerns we address them. I have attached photos of the vehicle which shows what was complete.
