CUstomer was advised that this problem occurred due to lack of gutters on the houseWe did agree to assist the customer, and fix the area(step) in question even though the problem was not our faultCustomer was advised that when we had a crew in her area we would take care of it.If the gutter
issue is not resolved the same problem will occur again because water will get in the area and freeze and thaw causing a gap to occur

It is untrue that water caused the original problem with my step. Yardworks left that step in poor condition during the job and merely patched it inappropriately. Fixing that step is their sole responsibility. Any recurrence from then on would of course be our responsibility. They stated they would be out in the next week over 6 weeks ago. We have still not seen them. I want their mistake fixed.  I find their poor communication absolutely frustrating.
